Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to amend your shipping details prior to your order being dispatched.

We aim to dispatch in stock machines on the same working day if ordered before 1pm. After this time, the machine will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders under £20: £2.49 (2-3 Days)
Orders over £20: FREE (2-3 Days)
Orders over £99: FREE (1 Day)

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Contact us within 30 day of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective then we will provide a shipping label.

We do ship parts and accessory items throughout Europe.

As the machines we sell are UK spec with UK plugs and voltage specifications, we are unable to send items outside of the UK.
