Return & Refund Policy for CraftSew
Thank you for shopping at CraftSew.co.uk. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns and exchanges.
1. Returns for Change of Mind (New and Unused Products)
a. You have the right to return new and unused products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
b. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
c. Returns for change of mind do not cover products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
d. To initiate a return for change of mind, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@craftsew.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation and they will confirm the correct address for return for the type of product.
e. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
f. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy (Within 30 Days)
a. You may exchange a product within 30 days from the date of purchase if you wish to exchange it for the different item.
b. The exchange is applicable to both new and used products, provided they are in good condition with all original accessories.
c. To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@craftsew.co.uk to obtain an exchange authorisation.
d. CraftSew will cover return shipping costs for exchanges for mainland UK addresses.
e. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
3. Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges
a. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are not in their original condition or have been used.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
4. Refund Processing Time
a. Refunds for returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
b. The processing time for exchanges may vary based on product availability and shipping times.
5. How to Return or Exchange
a. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@craftsew.co.uk for authorisation and instructions.
b. Please securely package the item in the original box taking care that the item is fully protected and cannot move during transit.
c. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@craftsew.co.uk for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and we will cover the return shipping cost.
